All Nations Are Families Foundation was established under the Companies Act of 2017, Section 14 of the Companies Regulations 2018 (as amended by Act No.10 of 2017). Under this Act, Companies are limited by guarantee without the word limited. In addition it is also registered under Section 81B of the Income Tax Act. However the application for the status as a Public Benefit Organisation (PBO) is available at the Tax Authority and Ministry of Finance.
